yea, he knew where i was, even his teammate said he would follow him, and always end up finding me, sooo.. i banned him

i found him on another server right after, and he didnt understand english well at all

IF someone is being an asshole, you can warn before you ban.
If someone is hacking, I don't think a warning will serve any purpose. He might cut his WH off for a bit, but use it again later. So OFF WITH HIS HEAD.
